Retainers
*Retainers are required to secure your session and do go towards your overall total. Once your retainer is sent, your session is secure.
$65 non-refundable retainers are required for all portrait sessions.
$85 non-refundable retainers are required for family studio sessions with 3 or more people.
the process
Photoshoots are charged per outfit, not poses!
- INQUIRY: You want a shoot? Cool! Let's get it going! Book your desired photoshoot, and I will contact you to discuss the type of shoot you desire, the photoshoot date, and secure your booking!
- PHOTOSHOOT: This is when we meet and the creativity happens! I guide you through poses during your shoot as well as take your suggestions on any poses you would like to do during your photoshoot!
- Extra guests: A max of 2 family members or friends are allowed during your photoshoot. It’s welcome and encouraged to have your loved ones around to help hype you up during the photoshoot. This makes photos even better!
- SELECTING IMAGES: 2 days after your shoot, images will be sent over to your email for you to select the images you want to be retouched (number of images depend on the session booked and how many outfits you chose).
- Unless you have selected for a quicker turnaround time, there will be a 7-14 day turnaround time for completed retouches.
- In the meantime, please do NOT post any RAW, unedited photos from your shoot (unless we discussed) as this does not reflect the desired product we have discussed. Once editing is completed, images are emailed back and available for 1 month for your downloading!
- This excludes event bookings. 5 retouched images are returned 2 days after the event. The remaining images are returned up to 7 days after.
- EDITING: After your session, the editing process begins and this is where you may not hear much from me! There is a 2 week turnaround time for all completed images after you make your photo selections (3 weeks for creative/branding/product sessions), as time is needed to ensure quality editing for each photo taken! If images are needed for a quicker turnaround, rush fees are as followed:
- $100 rush fee for 4 day turnaround
- EXTRA PHOTOS: $25 per additional image requested.
PROP ASSISTANCE ADD-ON(OPTIONAL): $200 starting fee. Price may increase depending on requested props.
We will discuss the upcoming shoot, and I will assist you with your prop purchase -OR- with the $200 add on, we discuss needed items for the shoot and *I* will purchase and bring them to the shoot so clients do not have to worry about them.
TRAVEL FEE: $50 travel fee will be added to your total if I am required to travel to an outdoor location over 50 miles [Excludes Aiken, North Augusta, and Augusta areas].
*$500 additional travel fee if flight is required.
RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling is available up to 3 days before photoshoot. I will work with you to getting the closest date possible to your previously booked session. If for any reason need to reschedule and it is the day before your session, please do not hesitate to reach out.
LATE FEE: I give a grace period of 15 minutes for each photoshoot. I do not charge a late fee, but please note that your time will not be extended, out of respect for the studio owners and other clients that may have booked after you. If you are later than 15 minutes, it is recommended that your session is rescheduled. This is to ensure you have the full experience of your session and it is not rushed.
Events
Event bookings can be made 1 month prior to upcoming events.
Events will be discussed in detail beforehand to gather clients’ expectations. I will “float around” the event and capture the moments, decor and everything in between. At this time, we do not offer backdrop setups for events.
All event bookings are for 2 hours max for photography, 3 hours max for videography.
TURN AROUND TIMES
PHOTOGRAPHY: 2 days after your event, I will send over five images for you to post on socials. Five days after, I will email your remaining event images for your enjoyment and downloading!
*$50 travel fee if I am required to travel to an event over 50 miles [Excludes Aiken, North Augusta, Augusta, Evans areas].

FAQ
Do you offer props?
Unfortunately at this time, I do not offer props. However, I do offer a service called "Prop Assistance" where we talk about your desired look for your photoshoot. If it calls for props, for a starting fee of $60, I will purchase the props and bring them to the session for you.
Can I bring my own props?
Yes! You may bring any props you would like to your session. If you need help deciding what to bring, I can assist you whenever needed.
How are your sessions priced?
My sessions are based on how many outfit changes you have. So, one outfit has a certain price. Two outfits has a certain price.
Do you charge for poses?
Nope! My sessions are about an hour long, depending on what you book. So we will do several poses within that timeframe, allowing you to have variety when selecting your final images.
How long will it take to receive the images?
For sessions, there is a two week turnaround time for completed images.
For events, there is no heavy editing done, only small retouches. These are returned up to 7 days after your event.
What is a Creative Session?
The creative session option is available for you to go all out and can be used for personal, business or branding use. It includes the following:
- Two hours of studio time
- Your choice of one or two backdrops (Decorated or simple)
- Creative editing, meaning any idea you have in mind, we can try to accommodate it as best as possible

- 10 edited images
*Please note that a creative session's turnaround time will be up to three weeks due to everything that comes with it.
